Deb- I have worked on & off in this office for the last 40 years. I am very happy to be back with the team again. During my free time, I enjoy spoiling my new granddaughter, gardening, and spending time with my family up at the cabin enjoying a delicious cocktail by the lake. My family of 3 adult children and their puppies keep me busy and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Carolyn- I am new to Drs. Hoover, Covin & Molleti. This is my first experience working in a dental office and I love the challenges and learning something new everyday. In the past, I have worked many years as a pharmacy technician, but most recently has been a stay at home mom. I grew up in Minneapolis and still call the metro area home. My husband and I have twin daughters and two dogs that keep us very busy. Outside of work I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. When I'm not driving my girls around, I enjoy spending time in the beautiful Minnesota outdoors, especially in the summer.
Helen- I joined the practice in 2010 after a career in administrative management. I enjoyed greeting our new and returning patients at the front desk, knowing that they will be seen by a caring clinical team. When I am not a work, I prefer to spend time with my family and friends. I travel to Florida every winter to relax and sail with family. I never let a day pass without reading a book. In addition, I enjoy cooking, walking and playing cards.
Kris- I have been with the practice since the beginning of time, when the doors first opened. As the office manager I wear many hats here. To list a few, I handle all the insurance claims and take care of the bookkeeping, Most importantly, I make sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. What I most enjoy is spending time with my 2 adult sons and their wives. I especially enjoys time with my newest addition, my beautiful granddaughter. My hobbies are biking, walking and reading.
I graduated from the University of Minnesota in Dental Assisting & Dental Hygiene & Bachelors in Education. I've worked in various dental settings, including teaching clinical hygiene at the U of M & Normandale Community college. I've been a dental hygienist for 44 years! I have no idea where the time has gone, but I've loved working 23 years with our periodontal patients and the fabulous staff at our office. Our goal has always been to stay highly educated, provide high quality care, and truly listen to the needs of each patient.
My husband, Larry and I have 3 adult children, a young golden retriever, named Emmy and are looking forward to our first grandchildren, twin girls due in June 2020.
Whether at work, or play, I believe laughter is the best medicine. "Live it up!"
I graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry with my Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. I joined the practice in 2018, and I have a love for periodontics. I try to make it show in the care of my patients. I love working with my patients every step of the way on their journey to periodontal health and maintenance. Being a active partner for my patients help them be more successful in achieving optimal oral health, through the sometimes long and strenuous journey of periodontal disease.
I married my husband, Andy in 2017. We live north of the cities with our precious dogs named Otto & Franklin. We love spending time at home working on the latest home projects or playing outside in the backyard and woods with our dog. Family and friends are dear to us, and our spare time is often spent surrounded by people we love.

Left to Right - Jen (1999), Tanya (2008) & Jamie (2001)
Jen- I have been a dental assistant for over 23 years. I have been with this practice for 22 of those years. When I'm not working, I spend most of my time cheering on my 3 children being their biggest fan. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family, entertaining by the pool and volunteer work. When I have the time, I love to exercise and cook. I enjoy the camaraderie with our patients and getting to know them. My team members are like family to me.
Tanya- I have been in dentistry for over 20 years. I have been with this office for 12 joyful years. I really enjoy working with our patients to help ease their dental anxiety and to make sure while in my care they have the best experience. When I'm not chasing after the doctors, my husband and I are busy running our 2 kids to either hockey practices or games, carrying around the heaviest equipment from rink to rink. My family and I enjoy camping with our 2 dogs Lucy and Attie and spending time with our family and friends.
Jamie - I have been a dental assistant for 22 years, 20 years spent with this practice. I really enjoy working with our patients to help them achieve their oral health goals. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Mike and our 3 kids (when they're willing) and our little dog named Jalapeno. When my family and I get the chance we love to travel to warmer climates during our frigid MN winters. When I find the time I love to read a good book, taking on various projects from Pinterest, and just recently took up running outdoors (no marathons).
